Progress annual conference 2019

May 11 @ 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

10am-5pm, Saturday 11 May 2019
TUC Congress Centre, Great Russell Street, London, WC1B 3LS

Progress annual conference is the biggest event in the Progress calendar. Our conference brings together Labour members and trade unionists from across the country with senior politicians, union leaders, councillors and political commentators.

We are pleased to announce Jess Phillips MP as this year’s keynote speaker. Since first being elected in 2015 as the MP for Birmingham Yardley, Jess has earned herself a reputation as a no nonsense Labour MP who takes on everyone she sees as a barrier to progress with intelligence and wit. She’s a former PPS and is chair of the women’s parliamentary Labour party.

Alongside Jess we will be joined by Stephen Bush, Stella Creasy MP, Alison McGovern MP and others.

Always radical and never shying away from the big issues, attendance is a must for anyone who wants to be at the cutting edge of progressive ideas in Britain.

Progressive centre-ground Labour politics does not come for free.

It takes time, commitment and money to build a fight against the forces of conservatism. If you value the work Progress does, please support us by becoming a member, subscriber or donating.
