Progress Question Time

October 2, 2012

As in previous years, Progress asks the audience to set the agenda at our conference ‘Question Time’, taking questions from the public on the issues they want to discuss. The event is in the first slot following the leader’s speech and a great opportunity to debate and discuss the themes that arise from the speech.

  • Ivan Lewis MP Shadow international development secretary
  • Margaret Curran MP Shadow Scotland secretary
  • Michael J Leahy General secretary, Community Union
  • Philip Collins Columnist, The Times
  • Lorna Fitzsimons (chair) Former Labour MP

The event will take place at Progress’ main conference venue this year, Peter House, Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 5AN on Tuesday 2 October, between 6pm and 7.15pm.

Progressive centre-ground Labour politics does not come for free.

It takes time, commitment and money to build a fight against the forces of conservatism. If you value the work Progress does, please support us by becoming a member, subscriber or donating.

Our work depends on you.
