This event will look into how employers and unions can build a shared agenda for growth, speakers will include:

  • Nita Clarke – Director, IPA
  • Manuel Cortes – General Secretary, TSSA
  • Nicola Smith – Head of economic and social affairs, TUC
  • Sue Ferns – Chair

Unions21 provides an open space for discussion on the future of the trade union movement. The IPA is Britain’s leading organisation delivering partnership, consultation and employee engagement in the workplace working with major clients in the public, private and third sectors to help managers and employees develop new ways of working, based on trust and collaboration.

Refreshments and a buffet will be available at the event, the venue is wheelchair-accessible.
