FEES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO THE EVENT. If a completed form and payment has not been received in full by the date of the conference, you will be required to pay the full level of registration at the conference, and we cannot guarantee you a place.

CONFERENCE DETAILS will be e-mailed once payment has been received. If you have not received details within five days working of applying please call the conference office on 020 3008 8180. We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of information.

CANCELLATIONS must be received in writing five working days before the conference to receive a full refund. We regret that no refund can be made after that date. Refunds cannot be given for failure to attend the conference.

This booking form constitutes a legally binding agreement. The organisers reserve the right to change the schedule, the venue, or the speakers, and reserve the right to decline booking applications.

If you are unable to pay using PayPal please submit this form, then post a cheque to us. Make the cheque payable to ‘Progress Ltd’ and send it to ‘FREEPOST PROGRESS’ (no stamp or address required).
