Autonomy and control: making welfare work for social justice

This ‘green paper’ has been produced by the Progress policy welfare reform group. Its remit is to look at new ways the government could tackle worklessness and ensure that citizens have training and opportunities to find self-fulfilment and escape poverty through work.
