Joe Fagan is a Member of the Scottish Parliament. Elected in May 2026 to represent the South Scotland region, he also serves as Scottish Labour’s Shadow Minister for Public Finance and Local Government. Before entering Holyrood, he served for four years as the Leader of South Lanarkshire Council.
